I had the distinct pleasure of meeting Los Angeles based artist, James Gilbert, last fall while he was in Dallas working on a installation for the Dallas Contemporary. I love, love, love James' work--it is both provocative and insightful. I have always thought of art as the manipulation of line, form, and color to create a human response.
