One, Two, Three: Heaven for a Southerner

...being from the South (South Louisiana, to be exact), nothing says "fall" like greens and bacon.  We don't necessarily feel the change in the weather at first, but greens always does the trick for me!!

One:  wash greens

Two:  cook bacon

Three:  add chopped greens, water, salt/pepper,  cover and wait!
